If you are arriving by train you can easily reach us by subway. All the main train stations also has a subway stop (Termini,Ostiense,Tiburtina) The ticket of the subway is 1,5 € per person. The nearest subway stop to our place is "Spagna", we are not

No, we only offer stay but all the rooms have an electric kettle for hot beverages and a mini-fridge if you wish to buy food outside and store it in your room.For breakfast we suggest "Cafe Frattina", 1 minute away from our door by walking

Hello, no, unfortunately the first time to check-in, as stated on booking.com, is 14:00. If you are arriving earlier, I can suggest you the luggage deposit in the parallel street (via della Vite 42), it is only 2 minutes away from our door.

Hello, it is possible from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the first time possible to enter the reception is 14:00 BUT there is a luggage deposit in the parallel street (via della vite) not even 2 minutes away from our door

From Fco you can take Leonardo express (14 € per person) to Termini (Rome central station). From there you can take the subway (1,5 € per person) for 3 stops and get off at "Spagna". We are 5 minute away by walking from that stop. Best Regards
